GRIT FITNESS & TRAINING RENOVATION

FORM Design Build partnered with Wier Boerner Allin Architecture (WBA) to transform the former Courthouse Racquet Club into the newly renovated GRIT Fitness & Training. This extensive renovation modernized the facility while expanding its offerings to meet the diverse needs of athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
The project introduced:
six baseball and softball batting cages equipped with self-pitching machines,
an indoor turf area,
a half-basketball court designed for both basketball and volleyball,
an expanded ‘Arnold Room,’ and the addition of a Cardio Deck,
a specialized Glute Room that now features TRX bands and glute machines, enhancing targeted training options.
These upgrades complement GRIT’s existing amenities, which include an Olympic-size pool, three outdoor turf areas, a spin room, a treadmill room, multiple recovery rooms, and more. This renovation represents a seamless blend of function and aesthetics, delivering a high-performance environment for members of all fitness levels.
